Online Store customers can choose to pick up products in selected store or to have products delivered to a specified Hong Kong address.

1. Store Pickup

   1. All products (except for orders which require gift wrapping services) can be picked up in store.
   2. There is no additional charge for store pickup.
   3. Usually, the product(s) will be ready for pickup within one week after order confirmation. Please note that additional time for stock allocation will be required during festive seasons and public holidays.
   4. You can check the details of your online booking on shop.smartone.com.
   5. You cannot change your selected store after order confirmation.
   6. For pickup of product(s) in store, you or the person authorised by you for pickup are required to open package(s) and check all product(s) before signing the official receipt. When you pick up any iPhone, the package(s) of the iPhone will be opened for checking and the iPhone will be activated. No return or refund will be made after the signing of the official receipt.
   7. Procedure for picking up product(s) in store:
      • Please present the order confirmation email when you visit our store.
      • Unless you use Store Credit or specified promotion code to offset the total amount of your order, you will be required to present the physical credit card used for making the purchase or electronic payment record of Octopus / PayMe /AlipayHK/WeChat Pay HK/BoC Pay (applicable on desktop web only).
      • If Typhoon Signal No.8 or above / Black Rainstorm Signal is hoisted during your appointment period, please contact our customer service hotline at 2155 3395 to rearrange the appointment.
      • If you want to authorise someone to pick up the order for you, please download, fill and sign the Authorisation Form.

2. Delivery

   1. All items purchased from the Online Store can be delivered.
   2. Please note that there is no delivery on Saturdays (after 13:00), Sundays, and Public Holidays.
   3. Once the order is shipped, Hong Kong customers will receive a "Delivery notification" email and sms. Please click the link in the email or sms for the delivery status.
   4. It usually takes around one week after order confirmation for delivery for customers. Three to seven extra working days are needed for order delivery to outlying islands and remote areas. Please also note that additional delivery time will be required during festive seasons and public holidays. The exact delivery time depends on the dispatching schedule from the courier company.
   5. Once the order is confirmed, the delivery address cannot be changed.
   6. All delivery fees and charges are non refundable.
   7. You can enjoy free delivery when:
      • It is necessary to spend HK$500 or above (excluding any spending on gift wrapping fee and premiums) in order to get free delivery service to commercial address*.
      • It is necessary to spend HK$100 or above in order to get free local delivery service#.
      *Free delivery service only applies to commercial address. Residential address, outlying islands, and remote area are excluded.
