30 Days Prepaid Card User Guide
To activate your SIM, please insert the SIM card into your mobile phone and make the first call in Macau. Your account has an initial validity period of 60 days. Before the expiry date or before the stored value is used up, simply recharge it to extend the expiry date for another 60 days to keep the remaining stored value and bonuses. Each SIM card has a Personal Identification Number (PIN) of 4 to 8 digits to guard against unauthorized use. The default PIN is 1234. We strongly recommend that you change the PIN for security reasons.
Reminder: Data service on SIM card is default off unless a data plan is in use to avoid bill shock.
Recharge method
Simply using a SmarTone recharge voucher which is available at SmarTone Stores, SmarTone Spot booths, all Circle K and 7-Eleven Convenience Stores in Macau.
To recharge via voucher, please press * 137 * 16-digit Activation PIN at the back of the voucher #. The system will automatically send you a SMS indicating the latest remaining balance and your next due date.

Personal Identification Number (PIN)
Each SIM card has a Personal Identification Number (PIN) of between 4 to 8 digits to guard against unauthorized use. The default PIN is 1234. We strongly recommend that you change the PIN for security reasons.
After pressing the above keys, “ ACCEPTED ” will be displayed on your handset. Press when it rings and your call will be connected immediately.
[Note: When calling from overseas, roaming charges will commence as soon as you hear a ringing tone, no matter whether the called party is successfully connected or not]
Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS)
Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS) enables you to communicate with even more fun using pictures and sound. [Note: In case of any handset setting, please call 1628, refer to the respective leaflet, visit SmarTone Stores or any SmarTone Spot booths for assistance]

International Caller Number Display service is only applicable to calls from Macau that carry caller number information.

When local data usage reaches 2GB, the customer can still continue to use the service and the data access speed (upload and download) will not be restricted to less than 384kbps. However, the actual data transmission speeds may vary due to local conditions and other conditions which may arise.
Simply recharge within the 60-day validity period and all un-used bonus will be stored and carried forward. SmarTone reserves the right to the final decision.
When your data plan entitlement is used up or expired, you can re-subscribe the above data plans or data service will be barred, after SIM card expired, any unused portion of data usage on your data plan cannot be refunded.
