Remarks

The voice minutes, data usage^ and SMS usage incurred by this service will be deducted from your mobile service plan and charged at the applicable fee thereafter. Alternatively, it will be charged based on standard data charges.

Other services included: voicemail and caller number display.

Data speed of this service is at up to LTE speed. For a Customer who has subscribed a designated mobile service plan with specified data usage, data services for this service shall follow below arrangements of the designated mobile service plan. When the monthly local data allowance of the designated mobile service plan has been fully consumed and the data service is suspended, the data services under this service will also be suspended until next bill month and will only be resumed once the Customer purchases data top-up options. When monthly local data usage reaches the specified data usage under the designated mobile service plan, local data service of the designated mobile service plan and this service continues but data speed will be at up to the designated data speed under the designated mobile service plan, data service experience may be affected.

# A 12-month contract is required. A rebate of $28 per month will be given in first 3 bill months within contract period. At the end of the rebate period, the prevailing comparable service will be charged if the customer continues to use the service.

Terms and Conditions for this Service

Personal SmartShare:
  • This service can only be used with a compatible smartphone, wearable devices and an eligible mobile service plan.(not applicable to Prepaid)
  • Outgoing calls to non-Hong Kong phone numbers will incur applicable IDD charges.
  • Subject to relevant terms and conditions. Please refer to T&C-V121 for details.

Family SmartShare:
  • This service can only be used with a compatible smartphone, wearable devices and an eligible mobile service plan. (not applicable to Prepaid)。
  • Each designated mobile service plan (Main SIM Card and/or Add-on SIM Card) can subscribe a maximum of 5 services in total.
  • (If applicable) Customer can enjoy monthly fee rebate for the first 3-month (HK$28 per month) upon 12-month contract subscription of Family SmartShare Service.
  • Customer shall not be entitled to the rebate amount or any balance thereof if change to other service/ cancel this service; The rebate amount cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Monthly fee rebate offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
  • Call duration is rounded up to full charge units for computation purposes. Each full charge unit is based on a per minute airtime charge.
  • IDD & Roaming is not available for your wearable devices even though your mobile plan may support IDD and roaming.
  • If the registered mobile number under the designated mobile service plan is terminated/disconnected or changes to other non-specified plan for whatever reason, the Service will be terminated at the same time.
  • Compatible smartphone and wearable devices are required for the Service. This service can be used on smartphones and wearable devices running designated software versions of compatible mobile operating systems of iOS. The available smartphones and wearable devices running designated software versions of compatible mobile operating systems will be updated and amended from time to time. Please ask the Company’s store assistants or visit the Company website for details.
