Important Customer Notice

SmarTone Macau ("SmarTone") will cease providing mobile communication services in Macau at 24:00 on November 11, 2024.

Customers who have not completed the SIM card replacement will have their mobile communication services suspended at 24:00 on November 11, 2024. If customers wish to reactivate their services, they may visit a CTM store for assistance. For any inquiries, please call SmarTone customer hotline at 1628 or visit the store at Avenida De Horta E Costa.
