For new subscribers, please visit any SmarTone store and bring along with you the following:

Personal User Company User
Macau resident ID ¹  (authorised person)
Submit a valid proof of address (Chi/Eng) received within the last three months²
Business registration certificate not applicable
Company chop not applicable

The subscriber must be a Macau resident aged 18 or above.

Non-Macau residents are subject to a deposit of $500.

For port-in customers, please take note of the following conditions :
i. The subscriber's name must remain unchanged.
ii. Previous mobile service will be terminated upon the commencement of our service.
