Dialling Method

Call within Destinations / Call to Other Destinations	Dial + Country/Territory Code Area Code (if applicable) Telephone Number Note: To make VoLTE roaming calls within destinations / to other destinations, it is necessary to have both IDD & Roaming services enabled.

Voice Alert for Receivers

Call within Destinations / Call to Other Destinations	Receivers will hear the overseas incoming call alert in certain destinations
Call to Hong Kong	Receivers will not hear the overseas incoming call alert

Connecting Tone

Callers will only hear the standard Hong Kong connecting tone no matter if you have enabled “Stealth Roaming” or not.

Call Forwarding Setting

When using VoLTE roaming, call forwarding cannot be set up via USSD codes (such as **21*). It is recommended to make the settings in advance before leaving Hong Kong. Customers can also call our 24-Hour Free Roaming Hotline at +852 2880 2688 (only for SmarTone postpaid mobile number) or click here to log in to set up call forwarding.
