Top-up roaming data pack is only available when the default roaming data pack reached to the fair usage period, used-up or expired.
You can only subscribe one roaming data pack at the same time.

Terms and Conditions:

Easy subscribe the top-up roaming data pack with subscription code and the service charges will be deducted from stored-value.
When data allowance of the top-up roaming data pack has used up or expired, if default roaming data pack is still valid, data service will continue at a speed up to 128kbps according to Fair Usage Policy setting until the default roaming data pack expired. Otherwise, data service will be terminated immediately.
